Reach out for advice, to vent, share fears and frustrations, celebrate the wins, give and receive advice or care, any time of day or night. You will make new connections and find out you don't have to go through this alone.
We’re here to help families cope with childhood and adolescent depression. As one of the only UK charities specifically focussing on supporting parents of children with poor mental health, we receive regular referrals from much larger charities, when parents are specifically seeking advice and guidance in caring for a child with mental health challenges.
Our resources are created by people who have been through the same situations you face. Our downloadable guides help you with questions like:
"I was in a bad way, trying to understand where this had come from out of the blue… my husband’s colleague told me to join PMH on Facebook. It was a pivotal moment. I felt heard, supported, understood and so much less alone with this secret that my child was suffering"
