HOSTING YOUR OWN PMH BIG PICNIC

You can enjoy the Parenting Mental Health Big Picnic with friends, family, neighbours or colleagues. If you're on holiday, by the beach, in a park, garden, office, staff room or simply on the carpet in your sitting room.

The official date to plan for is 29 August (but feel free to host on a day that suits you) and we'll supply all of the information you need to make it an amazing event - including celebrity recipes, fundraising materials, invitations and more.

More information will be ready to help you host the perfect picnic by the end of June. Sign up now and we'll be in touch with next steps soon.

JOIN THE PMH BIG WELLBEING PICNIC

We know one of the many challenges of parenting a child with poor mental health can be a feeling of isolation, with zero time for yourself, and certainly not the head space to hold a picnic. And we want to make sure you won't miss out.

You're invited to join our very special Big Wellbeing Picnic, hosted online, which  will include access to sessions on Clay Therapy, Therapeutic Journalling, Breathwork, Doodling, Creative Writing, and more. Finishing off with what's sure to be a chaotic bake-a-long and picnic session with our Founder Suzanne and CEO Nikki.

Tickets will cost just £5 and cover all of the sessions, so you can attend those that interest you most or watch back at your leisure. Sign up now and you'll be the first to hear when tickets are released.

  • Maintain and build our peer-to-peer community where support is provided 24/7 - this currently cost £28 an hour
  • Provide free places on our ‘Partnering not Parenting’ course - this costs £150 per parent
  • Share free copies of the book ‘Never Let Go – How To Parent Your Child Through Mental Illness’ - this costs £15 per parent
